Will I receive Continuing Professional Education credit hours (CPEs) for attendance?
The Roundtable is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority of the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to National Registry of Sponsors through its website at https://www.nasbaregistry.org/cpas/complaints
What happens if I leave early or miss a portion of a Roundtable pesentation?
During the program, we will have a proctor monitoring attendance. The proctor will be situated at the only entrance and exit to the room. The proctor will record if a participant leaves early, arrives late, or takes elongated breaks in the middle. The proctor records this information on the attendance log allowing the Roundtable administrative team to determine the correct award of CPE credit. If the participant leaves or arrives late (less than 15 minutes) throughout the program or takes elongated breaks (15 minutes or less), the participant will receive half of the assigned credit. Elongated breaks, arrivals, or departures of greater than 15 minutes will result in a forfeiture of the assigned CPE.

Each session will be provided virtually via Skype; however, Continuing Professional Education credit hours (CPEs) will not be earned. To register for virtual attendance, please go to www.vendoraudit.org/register.
